Our day in Istanbul

Today we have made a tour around Istanbul. Our guide, Tülay, told us about the history, the traditions and the culture of the city.

In first place, we have visited the Blue Mosque, named for the blue tiles on the walls. Then we went to the Tocapi palace, which shows you how they lived at that time. It was huge. From there we went to have lunch at a restaurant, where we had Kebab and baklava.

In the afternoon we have visited Santa Sofia. It is very big and it impressed us a lot when we enter. Finally we went to the Grand Bazaar, where we bought souvenirs. It is really fun to bargain with the sellers for the price of the object.

Later we had dinner at the same restaurant as yesterday since we liked it a lot.Next day we take the plane very early, so our stay in Istanbul ends here.
