We visit Elche

Today we went to Elche, Elx in our regional language
First, we visited the Palmeral; with all the palm tres, lakes and animals. Later, we visited the historical centre of the city of Elche.
After this tiring morning we had to recover, so we had lunch in an Italian restaurant inside the Elche's shopping centre. After that, we spent the afternoon in the ice rink of Elche Squash Club.
We returned to Alicante and did a Spanish cooking workshop. We cooked ensaladilla rusa, gazpacho and paella.
It was a very fun but tiring day.
